Joyce is the Tax Director of CA Practice PAC and has over 30 years of experience in taxation. She gained her experience from the Singapore Inland Revenue Department, an international accounting firm and a multi-national public listed company before joining CA Practice PAC. She specialises in tax planning, tax advisory, cross-border tax and tax compliance work for both corporations and individuals. Her experience covers a wide range of industries including trading, manufacturing, aviation industry, high-technology industry, construction industry, travel and tour industry, oil and gas industry, and the hotel and services industry.
Joyce is a non-practicing member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a fellow member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA) and an Accredited Tax Advisor of Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP).
Mr Eugene Lim (Eu Jin), CA (Singapore), CPA (Australia)

Eugene has over 10 years of experience in auditing of diversified industries and listed companies. He gained his audit experience in an international accounting firm before joining CA Practice PAC. His audit experience covers trading, manufacturing, investment holding, aviation industry, high-technology industry, construction industry, travel and tour industry, insurance and re-insurance industry and the services industry.
Eugene is a practicing member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA Australia).
Mr Thomas Tsang, FCA (Singapore), FCA (ICAEW), FCCA (UK), MBA (UK), CPA (HK), MAAT (UK)

Having started his career as an auditor with an international accounting firm in Hong Kong, Thomas has accumulated over 20 years extensive audit and advisory experiences from international and mid-tier accounting firms. Singapore has been his career base since 1999. Thomas has been a partner in mid-tier public accountancy firms since 2005, where he had led public and private companies' audit, initial public offerings audit, and financial due diligence of cross border acquisitions. He also possesses the practicial knowledge and experience in valuation for merger & acquisition, purchase price allocation in acquisition accounting, annual goodwill impairment assessment and employee share option pricing for private company. He was instrumental in formalising the audit methodology of public accountancy firms through the continuous process of development and trainings.
Thomas is a practicing fellow member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), a fellow member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA), an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKCPA) and an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick, the United Kingdom. His dissertation paper subject was on merger & acquisition. He also holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting from ACCA.
Mr Teo Beng Fwee, FCA (Singapore), FCCA (UK)
Director & Advisor
Beng Fwee was a partner in an international accounting firm in Singapore before joining CA Practice PAC as a director and advisor. He has extensive experience in operations, control and management of financial audits of diversified industries and listed companies.
Beng Fwee has over 30 years of experience. His experience also includes internal control and accounting systems review, IPO work, financial investigation, due diligence review, share/business valuation and restructuring. He has also worked on overseas audit and due diligence assignments as well as being seconded to work in the offices of the "Big Four" international accounting firms in London, Zurich and Hong Kong. During his professional career, Beng Fwee has also conducted numerous internal in-house audit training courses, and was a member of the quality control team in an international accounting firm that conducts inter-office quality control reviews.
Beng Fwee is a non-practicing accountant of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), and a fellow member of The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (ACCA).
